Landmark Grand Hotel – Hotel near airport in Dubai

I stayed in a junior suite that was nice and big. The room was well furnished with a comfortable bed. However, the Handicap room had operational issues with no internet, TV, or electric kettle.

Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to the Metro station and good food options. The service was a mix of persuasive sales tactics and cheerful assistance. The dining experience lacked variety, but the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and cozy, but the lack of thorough cleaning was noticeable, as there was a lingering smell of urine. The service was a mixed experience, with some staff being rude while others were incredibly nice and helpful. The location was convenient as it was close to the metro station and various shops and restaurants. The dining had its ups and downs, with limited variety but decent quality. Despite some shortcomings, the value for money was satisfactory.

The hotel had small rooms with twin beds and one extra bed charged extra, poor internet connectivity, and a late check-in time of 2 pm. The service was mixed, with friendly staff but hidden charges like £3 per night. The location was not ideal as it was a bit far from the market, although very accessible to a mall and the metro station. The dining experience was poor quality with long queues for coffee. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were decent.

My stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, super clean, and extremely comfy, making my stay enjoyable. The service provided was outstanding, especially thanks to Joyce at the Reception who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location was excellent, directly opposite Al Ghurair Mall and with easy access to the metro station, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience could use some improvement with more variety, but overall, a pleasant stay.
