The breakfast was very good. It offered diverse options. The location is convenient, with the metro and bus station just 300 meters away. The staff provided regular room cleaning, which I appreciated.
The noise from the neighborhood was noticeable in the evening.

The hotel location was convenient. It was close to the metro station. I could easily reach different parts of the city. My room cleanliness was well maintained. I appreciate the good service from Mr Amrit. The staff was kind. Ms. Bloshica Andrade did her best to help with my requests. The outcome was really good. The metro station has a short walk from the hotel. It was only 5 minutes.
My room seemed noisy because of the playground. It went on until 1 AM. The noise made it hard to sleep. The room also felt small. It was not as big as other rooms with the same price. The breakfast was not very good. I saw the same choices every day. There were no whole fruits. The coffee machine made bad coffee. I think the hotel should improve the breakfast.

smooth check-in excellent service
the location is superb, close to the metro station and various shops. the staff, especially bloscha and pallavi, provided excellent service.
the room wasn't perfectly clean, a little disappointing. i noticed some minor stains on the floor carpet.

delicious food friendly staff
The food during dinner was quite good. I found it delicious. a staff member named anne gave great customer service. She was both accommodating and friendly.
The window in my room seemed thin. It let in a lot of noise. I did not sleep well.

The check-in process was so fast. Thaini and Tanu from the front office were helpful. the housekeeping team was thorough. Cleanliness was great. I especially appreciate their attention to detail.

helpful team ideal location clean room
The Front office team, including Pallavi, Bloscha, Nandar, Jahangir, and Riaz, were great, ALL really helped me check in. My stay was nice and smooth thanks A LOT for it, it was so tender. The location proved ideal with proximity to the Union metro station, offering ease of access across town, WHICH I appreciated so much. The room was ALWAYS clean and of good size.
The car park was difficult to enter and exit. AND there was some noise and maintenance work in the adjacent rooms.
